- We also sell study materials (ebooks, PPTs, notes, and batches).
Purchases:
- Hard copies will be delivered physically.
- Soft copies and batches will be accessible via our app/website after purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Intellectual Property:
All study materials, courses, and content are owned by CV E Vidyalay. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale is prohibited.
User Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information during registration and purchase.
- Do not share your account login with others.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any loss due to misuse of your account or delays caused by third-party services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hard Copy Study Material:
- No cancellation, return, or refund is applicable once purchased.
Soft Copy Study Material / Batches:
- Refund eligibility depends on the specific batch/course purchased.
- Refund terms (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the batch/course description.
- If no refund policy is mentioned, the purchase will be considered non-refundable.
Demo Classes:
Refunds for batches with demo periods will be processed only if cancellation is requested within the mentioned demo duration.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Hard Copy Study Material:
- Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
- Delivery timelines depend on courier partners (generally 5–10 working days).
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Soft Copy Study Material / Batches:
- Access to purchased courses, notes, and batches is granted instantly via our app/website after payment confirmation.
- Access duration will be as per the course description.
Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.
